Welcome to Rooted Wellness Counseling
Rooted Wellness Counseling was created with one purpose in mind, to help people feel fully at home within themselves. Knowing that all of our paths are all incredibly varied and unique, Rooted Wellness offers a variety of holistic approaches so that therapy can meet you where you're at and adapt with different stages of your healing process. Offering online therapy in Colorado, I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, self-worth challenges, and trauma.
Whether you're looking to gain new coping tools, better understand your thinking patterns, get clear about what is/ isn't serving you in your life, or heal your relationship with yourself and others- there is a non-judgemental and empowering space here for you. Sessions will be shaped around what you're navigating in your life currently and incorporate cognitive approaches (to help you understand your thinking), somatic approaches (to help you connect with your body/ emotions), and mental health nutrition (to help you understand your gut-brain connection). Through this process, my intention is that you do not come to rely on me, but instead learn how to fully rely on yourself. Offering Anxiety Counseling, ADHD Therapy, and Self-Worth Support throughout the state of Colorado.
Specialties
If anxiety has made life feel extra overwhelming, you’re in the right place—I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and I'm here to help. Whether you're navigating daily anxious thoughts, specific phobias, panic attacks, health anxiety, or social discomfort- we do understand what is happening in our mind and body when anxiety takes hold and we also understand what can help us address it. I offer anxiety counseling as part of my Colorado therapy services, providing compassionate support that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and insights into how the gut-brain connection might be impacting your mental health. My approach to the treatment of anxiety focuses on helping you increase self-awareness, get to the root of your anxious thoughts, and learn new coping tools for anxiety management. Through personalized anxiety support, we’ll explore strategies to regulate your nervous system and break unhelpful cycles, allowing you to live fully and authentically.
Rooted Wellness Counseling offers ADHD treatment in Colorado, helping individuals gain clarity of their unique brain functioning while developing tools to navigate daily challenges with confidence. I often connect with people who feel like they've "tried it all" without relief, and I love helping them get a clear picture of what is going on. As an ADHD specialist, I start by assessing your executive function strengths and areas for growth. This allows us to create personalized strategies for focus, organization, prioritization, and time management. ADHD therapy can also involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness work- depending on what you're seeking support with. My approach as an ADHD therapist prioritizes self-compassion, helping you heal your relationship with yourself as you build sustainable systems that makes room for your creativity and strengths. If you're seeking ADHD help in Colorado, I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
If low self-esteem is holding you back from fully embracing your life, it's time to make space for your own healing. I am proud to offer self-worth therapy in Colorado, helping individuals work through self-doubt, build confidence, and strengthen their self-trust. In our collaborative work, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that may be limiting your self-acceptance, develop strategies to quiet negative self-talk, and honor your unique experiences. In therapy for self-esteem and worth, we’ll work together to increase your feelings of connection with yourself, set healthier boundaries, and create a path toward a more authentic you. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can reconnect with your worth and step into life with greater ease and inner peace.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, ADHD, chronic stress, or other mental health challenges, understanding the connection between gut health, nutrition, and emotional well-being can be a powerful step toward healing. As a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) in Colorado, I take a holistic approach that acknowledges the gut-brain connection, supports nervous system regulation, and honors the mind-body connection. We’ll explore practical lifestyle shifts—such as nutrition, movement, and daily habits—that can support digestive health, reduce inflammation, and promote emotional balance. I collaborate closely with functional doctors, Denver and Boulder gastroenterologists, nutritionists, and dietitians to provide comprehensive care. My goal is to offer a supportive space where therapy and nutritional insights come together to help you feel more in control of both your mental and physical well-being.
